Patented knowzzleJet M880 Gains Global Acceptance with Proven Performance

Following the successful road show at the Pressline manufacturing facility, the company has successfully installed two knowzzleJet M880 presses, one M660 press in Ghana and another M880 at Prayagraj for a leading book printer. Three machines exported to West Africa have been installed with prestigious customer engaged in question paper printing for the international examination council serving five countries including Ghana & Nigeria. The successful commissioning of three high-speed inkjet web presses at a single customer site highlights the customer’s confidence in Pressline’s technology, performance, and after-sales support.

The customer at Prayagraj has reported a substantial increase in productivity, achieving nearly four times production capacity with a single M880 press. This customer had previously installed a knowzzleJet M440 in 2024 and after experiencing its reliability and performance, decided to expand with the M880. The customer now operates two Made-in-India knowzzleJet presses and has expressed high satisfaction with their performance, efficiency, and dependability.

The successful installations in Ghana and Prayagraj further demonstrate the growing acceptance of the knowzzleJet platform in both domestic and international markets, reinforcing its position as a reliable, high-performance, and cost-effective alternative to conventional printing technologies.

knowzzleJet M880 is the world’s first 34-inch roll-to-fold inkjet web press. The high-speed inkjet web press is Patented and proudly ‘Made in India’ at the manufacturing plant of Pressline India in Faridabad, Haryana. M880 is capable to run at the speed of 150m/min.

A next-generation monochrome inkjet web press, knowzzleJet M880 combines high productivity, flexibility, and cutting-edge inkjet technology. The press is available in four resolution options, allowing printers to optimize outputs based on quality, speed, and application needs. It is powered by Memjet DuraLink printhead technology that delivers consistent image quality and reliable high-speed performance. IR drying system of the press ensures efficient and seamless IR-based ink curing on both sides of the substrate. Following the completion of printing in resolution of upto 1600 dpi, the web is transferred inline to the folding unit of the press.

Designed to handle paper grammages ranging from 45 gsm to 120 gsm, knowzzleJet M880 is ideal for publication printing, with a maximum print width of 856 mm. An integration of seamless digital workflow, knowzzleJet M880 is integrated with Xitron RIP that enables the press to execute flawless Variable Data Printing (VDP), efficient job management, and smooth integration with existing digital workflows. This new knowzzleJet M880 high-speed inkjet press is available in two configurations to support varied production requirements—Fixed Cut Option and Variable Cut Option. For meeting diverse needs, Fixed Cut Option is meant for achieving highest speed of upto 200 mpm while Variable Cut Option can go up to 120 mpm.
