Helen McCarthy Joins Wolfson History Prize Judging Panel For 2026

The Wolfson History Prize has announced that acclaimed historian and former Wolfson History Prize shortlisted author, Professor Helen McCarthy will join the judging panel for the UK’s most prestigious history writing prize in 2026. This year’s shortlist of six books will be announced on 7 September 2026, and the winner revealed on 1 December 2026.
